Actually, the wallpaper you have linked is from iOS 6 age if I remember correctly. Back then, the screen resolution of iPhones was pretty low. So, I don’t think we are going to find a higher resolution of this particular wallpaper. But, I don’t blame you for looking for it. It’s a great wallpaper!
It is not in the exact resolution of iPhone X screen but it comes very close and is way better than resolution than the one you shared earlier (iPad version).

Unless you wanna mess around in Photoshop (Content aware fill, Google it), there is no other way.
I tried Googling, cant find it at that exact resolution.
But the thing is, you could use it as it is and it would make that much of a difference honestly. The iPhone will adjust to perfectly the wall.
