Weird. It works perfectly fine on my OnePlus 3 running Android 8.0 Official. What is the error that you are getting?
The first strange thing is that it askes if I want to upgrade the installed app (I dont have it installed) and then just “The App Wasn´t installed”
Install Wallpapers app by Google LLC and access it from the app’s “live wallpapers” section and set it from there.
